what do we specialize in?

We specialize in all professional hair salon tools, equipment & furniture. We will be venturing into barber, spa and nails in the near future :)

local delivery (Singapore)

Free local delivery (Singapore) for orders over SGD$80. For orders below SGD$80, a flat rate of SGD$4.50 delivery will be charged. Local delivery will take from 1-5 working days. As we handle all deliveries by our in-house delivery team, no tracking number will be provided. If you have any questions regarding your order, please call +65 6776 3710 during operating hours to check on your delivery status.

Overseas delivery (malaysia)

Currently, we only ship to Malaysia.
For orders above SGD$180 - Free Delivery (7-10 working days).
For orders below SGD$150 - Standard Delivery (7-10 working days) rate of SGD$10.
We only ship small items in the categories of Accessories, Electrical Tools (excluding Sterilizer), Scissors & Blades. Mannequin Heads & Hair Extensions.
For bulky items like Furniture & Machines, please contact us directly at +65 6776 3710 for inquiry.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

For online orders, we accept all credit/debit cards, cash on delivery, cash on pick up or PayNow. For purchases at our showroom, we accept cash, Paynow or NETs.

Warranty & after-sales service

We provide 1 year warranty on all electrical items. All warranty are subjected on a case by case basis, for example, some promotional items might have a 3 months warranty period instead. Warranty DOES NOT include transportation fees - all items will have to be arranged and send to our office at 106 Clementi Street 12 #03-38/40, Singapore 120106 by your own means. We provide repair & service even after 1 year warranty - charges will apply accordingly. Any questions regarding warranty & after-sales service, please contact us at +65 6776 3710.

Refunds & Exchange

No refund is granted after payment is completed. For exchange, all items will have to be in their original packaging and unused. We reserve the right to deny any items that we deem to have been opened/used. For exchange, there will be a 7 working day exchange time period. All items will have be brought to our showroom at 106 Clementi Street 12, #03-38/40, Singapore 120106 and exchange will have to be done on the spot.

how do i buy online?

First, you need to create an account in order to place an order. If you are purchasing for your company, please indicate the relevant information. Secondly, choose the items you want and add them to your cart. You may click on 'SHOP' to view the product categories for an easier shopping experience. Thirdly, once you have all the items in your cart, review it and you may proceed to payment. Lastly, once you have completed your order, you will receive an email regarding your order. FINALLY, wait patiently for your order to arrive!

What if the item(s) i received is defective?

We are so sorry to hear that! :( If you noticed that the item is defective, please give us a call at +65 6776 3710 or drop us a WhatsApp message at +65 8218 5754 with photos/videos of the defective item. Once we verify it, we will arrange an exchange for you in 2-5 working days.
